Terms of trade for O'KANA

O'KANA receives online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ViaBill, Visa Electron, Maestro, JBC, American Express, Diner's Club, Paypal.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

O'KANA uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.
O'KANA's own website also uses SSL protocol encryption.
The delivery time for your order is 1-7 business days.

Shipping is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution".
You will always receive a track and trace no so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Right of Cancellation
30 days full returns are granted on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30 day period starts the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
Request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 after the delivery and be with us in the last 30 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
The desire to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by mail firstname.lastname@example.org. The announcement must make clear your wish for the use of the right of withdrawal.
The goods stand upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that when you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small portion or none of the purchase amount. It is up to O'KANA to assess the condition of the item.
2 year's warranty is given on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding defects and deficiencies must be communicated to O'KANA in due time upon receipt of the goods. Here, max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived by improper or unusual operation of the product.
O'KANA covers the return costs reasonably.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with O'KANA, we need the following information:

The personal data is registered with O'KANA and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal data via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
The Director and staff of O'KANA have access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with O'KANA, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is recorded about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and you are contacted in connection therewith email@example.com.
